Customers’ personal info won’t be displayed to you right away. In order to obtain this information, you have to request it.
What's your name, what's your number?
These features enable you to request the customer’s phone number and email address. They may choose to share or decline. If the customer entered that information prior to making the call, they can share it with you with one tap.
If the customer did not have the phone number and/or email address entered prior to the call, they can enter it during the call upon your request.
For email address click the Email icon. For phone number click the Phone icon.
